Terms of use

The terms you accept by using Appetune, including the limits of what this site is. A structural draft, pending legal review.

What Appetune is

Appetune publishes nutrition education and general wellness tools. It is not a medical service, and using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship of any kind.

Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription, or medication instruction. Do not delay contacting a qualified professional because of something you read here, and do not start, stop, or change a medication based on it.

Tool output

Tools produce general estimates from the information you enter. They do not know your medical history, your medications, your kidney or liver function, or your laboratory results. Treat any output as a starting point for a conversation with a clinician, not as a recommendation.

Accuracy

We work to keep content accurate and current, and every advice-bearing page carries its sources and review date so you can judge it for yourself. Nutrition guidance changes, and official medication information changes more often than that. Where a page links to an official label or guideline, that source prevails over our summary of it.

Your responsibilities

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or republish substantial portions of it as your own.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Appetune unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to it and to quote short passages with attribution. Republishing whole pages requires permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Appetune is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site. The precise wording of this section, and the governing law and jurisdiction that apply to it, are pending legal review.

Changes

Material changes will be dated here.
