Food library
A shelf of foods compared by what they carry in a portion you can realistically finish — not per 100 grams, and not per serving suggestion. Most of it is still being built, and this page is honest about which parts.
One collection live · The rest waiting on verified food records
Two ways to compare, both still being built.
One comparison tool and one meal builder. Both have pages describing exactly what they will do; neither calculates anything yet.
Tool
Protein per Bite
Compare foods by how much protein they carry in a portion you can realistically finish, not per 100 grams, per plateful, or per serving suggestion.

Meal Builder
Put together a meal from what you can tolerate today: portion size, texture, preparation time, and the protein you are trying to reach.

See what it will do
Eight shelves, and what each one is waiting on.
Eight collections, each one a comparison rather than a list. They are not here yet because a comparison is a page of numbers, and a number on this site has to come from a structured food record with the working shown.
- Protein per bite — foods ranked by protein in a portion you can finish
- Nutrient-dense foods — more in the same volume
- Soft-texture foods — for the weeks when texture decides everything
- Portable foods — what travels, and what survives a bag
- Packaged foods — what the label actually says
- Restaurant guides — ordering when the portion is out of your hands
- Food comparisons — two foods side by side, one question at a time
- Ingredient library — the building blocks, with their records attached
No food collections are published yet
Every entry needs verified figures from a food-composition record against a specific product and weight. Until that work is done for a collection, publishing it would mean printing numbers we cannot stand behind. We would rather show you an empty shelf.
How our figures are calculatedNothing here prints a figure it cannot trace
A food that works on protein and not on texture is not an answer.
The filters are the point. A food that is excellent on protein and impossible on texture is not a useful answer, so the library will let both matter at once.

The part of this that already exists.
Recipes are the part of this that already exists as a collection. They are grouped by the thing that is actually limiting you — texture, portion, or protein — rather than by cuisine.

The plan is one useful food strategy, one reviewed answer, one small-appetite meal idea, and one research or safety update worth knowing.
Signups are not open yet. There is no first issue to send — nothing on the site has cleared review — so the field is switched off rather than quietly dropping your address.
Not open yet · No diet-culture noise when it is
A short list you can act on beats a long list you cannot.
When the library opens, it will compare foods on the constraints you actually have.
